Mid-County Patients Association is a group of Medical Marijuana Patients who have come together in the true nature of the compassionate use act to Collectively provide each other with safe access to Medical Marijuana in a variety of forms to meet all our members needs.

MCPA is an association formed in order to organize, obtain and maintain not only its members Medication in all its forms, but to maintain a safe, clean, professional private members only, type location in which its members may maintain, grow and redistribute Medical Cannabis, in all its forms, among themselves.

MCPA/Membership grows all its own medication, bakes and makes all its own edibles, produces all its own concentrates and hashes, even the glassware used in some routes of administration are manufactured by its membership.

Our primary belief is that MCPA operates as a private membership club or group with an association in place assigned to preform or act on its members behalf to organize, obtain, maintain and distribute its Medical Marijuana in accordance with California Senate Bill 420, Proposition 215, the Attorney Generals Guidelines also in compliance with Health and Safety Code 11362.5 and 11362.7 ET SEQ.
